The Young Chef Young Waiter competition is always such a highlight to our year. The energy, commitment and drive of theses young professionals is incredible and so wonderful to witness as their creation come to life, their skills being tested and all whilst under the watchful eyes, of hospitality industry professionals and Michelin Star Chefs…. You can feel the pressure.
